Easter Book Reviews…
I love celebrations! I am always keen to jump on board and get into the spirit of things. And Easter is certainly one that we try to not just make about the egg hunt.….which seems to occur everywhere over the Easter weekend!
We are the family who will give a new pair of slippers or pyjamas in preparation for the coming cooler months, make Easter baskets for our cousins, create a traditional Easter bonnet go on Easter picnics with egg hunts and always find a new Easter book to read each year. This year we have compiled our favourite 5 Easter books to share with you and your little critters.
#1 – If I Were the Easter Bunny is a really sweet Easter book for pre schoolers which follows a bunny on a Easter hunt while having fun playing and creating.
#2 – My First Easter is the perfect book for someone’s first Easter! It beautifully describes Easter celebrations and traditions for our littlest of critters.
#3 – The Easter Bunny’s Helpers is a fun story about the Easter bunny needing to recruit a new team of helpers for his big job!
#4 – The Great Big Aussie Easter Egg Hunt is a Australian geography lesson for pre schoolers as Australian animals travel around Australia for Easter. It also includes a cute ‘find the Bilby?’ on each page challenge.
#5 – Happy Easter Peter is a family favourite of ours, especially now with the delightful animated series. Dear Peter shares his basket of eggs with his friends and in the end is left with none for himself….lucky for him his mum saves the day!
We hope you enjoy these gorgeous Easter books with your little critters as much as we do.
